If you liked the Old Sacramento Scavenger Hunt you are going to LOVE the Yosemite National Park Scavenger Hunt

by admin on November 21, 2009

The Yosemite National Park Scavenger Hunt is an educational expedition that will lead your family on an unforgettable adventure in the Yosemite Valley.

This thirty two page, full color booklet is more than a guidebook and map. It’s story about a mysterious journal that was discovered in Washington DC. The journal is over 100 years old and your job, as an investigator for Trailmix.Net, is to identify the journal’s author by exploring some of the most exciting attractions in Yosemite Valley.

The hunt will take most of a day and starts at the Yosemite National Park visitors center. There, you will learn the basics about the geology and history of Yosemite National Park. Over the course of the day you will hike past waterfalls, learn to identify animal tracks, shoot a photo, and even visit a library.

Best of all, when you solve the riddles you become eligible for a free prize. At each step of the hunt you will build a special code. Send that code on a postcard to Trailmix.Net, the creators of the Yosemite National Park Scavenger Hunt, and we will send you a specially minted coin.

Only investigators that solve the hunt receive the coin. It’s never sold separately, never given away, and only shipped to teams that successfully finish the hunt.
