About Trailmix.Net

Trailmix.Net is an Expedition Toy and Game Company.

Our products help parents tap into the enormous educational potential found in backyards, State Parks, National Parks, and other public lands.  Our mission is to provide parents with products that help create rich family experiences while at the same time helping children cultivate curiosity and develop habits of lifelong learning.

Trailmix.Net started online in 2004.  Over time we evolved into a blog, an ecommerce website in 2008, and finally in June of 2009 opened our first brick and mortar retail outlet in Old Sacramento.
