One of the things that we do at Trailmix.Net in addition to creating scavenger hunts is invite authors, educators, and leaders of non-profits into our store and ask them how their product, service, idea, or organization can help parents tap into the educational potential of backyards, state parks, national parks and other public lands.
We recently added a livestream feed from our store so that these workshops can be accessible to people outside of Old Sacramento. When we aren’t streaming a workshop, we point our camera at other fun things like the Huntington and Hopkins Hardware Store, the California State Railroad Museum, and other fun activities in our store or on I Street in Old Sac.
